The start date of your "reasonable participation period" (more info below) is the invoice date, signature date or initial payment date, whichever comes first.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR RECEIVING A REFUND – PLEASE READ:

Reasonable participation must be recorded in our system in order for you to be eligible to receive a refund. You must post your biography in the Source Code Meditation Facebook Group. Within Module 1, watch all videos to completion, listen to all pre-recorded coaching calls, read the downloadable PDFs, and do the daily practice. You must also receive your first 2 facilitated sessions (be sure to contact a Facilitator right away to schedule these sessions). After 14 days of participation, you may request a refund. We will check your progress in our system to be sure you are qualified. This is to promote participation so you can see the full value of the course before cancelling. Note: There will be directions for accessing all of the above upon enrollment.

I understand if I do not contact SCM within three (3) days following the "14-day reasonable participation period", choose not to complete all online modules, and/or choose not to receive hands-on sessions, no refunds will be issued. I understand my refund period is available from day 15 to day 17, and I have until midnight CST on day 17 to cancel. I understand this is non-negotiable and on day 18 and following, I will not receive a refund under any circumstances.

I understand the online Training Modules and Hands-On Sessions I receive are part of my SCM program purchase. If I cancel, I must forfeit these (if unused) in order to receive a refund. I understand my refund will be processed within 30 days after cancellation.
